Rates & Accepted Insurance
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING:
$125 - $175 for each 50 minute session, depending on the rates of the selected therapist ($125 for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns).
FAMILY OR COUPLES COUNSELING:
$160 - $180 for each 50 minute session ($160 for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns) OR 4 sessions for $650 (if pre-purchased) with a licensed therapist.
Accepted forms of payment and Insurance include:
- Most major health insurance plans, including UHC, Optum, Oscar, Aetna, Cigna, and more.
- All major credit cards
- Health Savings Account Card

When you fill out initial paperwork, you'll have the opportunity to put a credit card on file so that payments can be automatically made upon completion of sessions. This makes the payment process hassle-free.
Do We Accept Insurance?
Yes! We are in network with most major insurance panels - although this varies by provider selected. We are also an out-of-network insurance provider. This means that if you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you for a portion of your out-of-pocket expenses. For out-of-network benefits, we are able to provide a "Super Bill" for you to submit to your insurance.
Please contact us if you would like us to verify your insurance benefits. We encourage you to understand your insurance, whether using in or out-of-network benefits. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for Out-of-network benefits, although most clients are successfully reimbursed.
