This is a great option if you work from home and your hectic schedule makes it difficult to commute, if you have difficulties getting around due to your health (physical health or mental health), or if you simply prefer to attend your therapy sessions from the comfort of your home.

Here is how it works:
First...schedule!
Schedule your counseling session by viewing our therapists (online therapists, Carrollwood, or Fishhawk). If there is a therapist that you would like to work with OR if you need some assistance in finding the best fit, simply click "Contact Us or Request an Appointment". You could also reach out to us by sending us a message, emailing us at counseling@floatoncounseling.com, or giving us a call at 813-515-9602.
Then...prepare for your session!
Once you are scheduled, then you just want to make sure you are ready and set up properly. Make sure you have a strong internet connection on your phone, tablet, or phone at the location that you will be receiving your counseling. Choose a private and quiet room. Make sure you have headphones with a mic or speakers and mic on your device!
Lastly...start the session!
On the day of your counseling session, your therapist will send you a link to your email. Once you are set and ready to start, you simply click on the link. That's it!
